SECTION 01
When you may be eligible for a refund
A refund may be provided when a purchased tool has a genuine access or service problem and our support team is unable to fix or restore the issue.
- The purchased tool is not working as expected due to an access-related issue.
- You report the problem to ToolsBrowse support and provide the information needed to investigate it.
- Our team is given a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot, refresh, replace or restore the affected access.
- The issue remains unresolved and our team confirms that a refund is appropriate.
Important: please contact support before requesting a refund. In many cases, tool-access issues can be resolved without cancelling the purchase.
SECTION 02
When a refund may not apply
Refunds are intended for genuine unresolved tool problems. A refund may not be available when the purchased access is working and the issue is unrelated to a fault with the service.
- You changed your mind after receiving working access.
- You purchased the wrong tool or plan without first checking the product details.
- The requested feature is not included in the shared-access plan or product description.
- The problem is caused by your device, browser, internet connection, extension conflict or other local setup.
- You do not allow our support team a reasonable chance to investigate or fix the reported issue.
- The account or service has been misused, shared in a prohibited way, resold without permission, or used in violation of applicable ToolsBrowse terms.
SECTION 03
How the refund process works
Our normal refund process follows three steps:
01
Contact support
Tell us which tool is affected and describe the problem you are experiencing.
02
We investigate
Our team will try to fix, refresh, restore or replace the affected access where possible.
03
Refund if unresolved
If the issue cannot be fixed and the case is eligible, the refund is approved and processed.
SECTION 04
Refund processing time
Once our support team confirms that the tool issue cannot be resolved and approves the refund,
ToolsBrowse will process the eligible refund within 24 to 48 hours.
After ToolsBrowse processes the refund, the time required for the money to appear in your account can depend on your bank,
card provider, payment processor or payment method. Those external processing times are outside ToolsBrowse's direct control.
SECTION 05
Tool availability and shared access
ToolsBrowse provides access to third-party digital tools. Tool availability, features, access methods and limits can change.
Shared-access products may not provide every feature available with an individual subscription purchased directly from the original software provider.
Before purchasing, customers should review the relevant product or plan details and ask support if they are unsure whether a specific feature or access method is included.
SECTION 06
Abuse and fraudulent refund requests
ToolsBrowse may refuse a refund request where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated misuse of the refund process,
unauthorized resale, intentional account damage or other activity that violates our terms.
SECTION 07
Changes to this policy
ToolsBrowse may update this Refund Policy when our services, payment processes or access methods change.
The version published on this page is the current policy.
